Rosé Frizzante

In the glass, the Rosé Frizzante displays a delicate, brilliant pink hue. On the palate, the wine is juicy and lively, characterized by pronounced primary fruit and a fresh, grape-like richness. A subtle yeast note adds depth, while the well-balanced acidity lends the wine structure and tension. Year:
A virtually snow-free and warm winter led to very early budbreak. Despite a severe cold snap in mid-April, the vines remained frost-free thanks to their high vineyard locations. A cool early summer with ample rainfall during flowering, followed by a dry, hot summer, meant that the harvest began as early as the end of August. The result is fantastic grapes with a balanced sugar-acid ratio.
