In the glass, the Traminer Trilogy displays a brilliant golden-yellow hue. Its pronounced viscosity lends the wine body and underscores its rich character. On the nose, a complex, opulent bouquet unfolds, featuring delicate gingerbread spices, subtle orange zest, honey notes, and hints of raisins and rose petals. The aromas are dense, harmoniously interwoven, and distinctly Traminer-driven. On the palate, the wine is distinctly fruit-forward, accompanied by delicate gingerbread spices, honey notes, and ripe fruit. A mild, well-integrated acidity supports the full, powerful mouthfeel and underscores the pronounced fruitiness. The finish is long, intense, and very harmonious, marked by lingering spice and remarkable depth.

Year:
The winter was dry and unusually mild, allowing the vines to bud harmoniously in mid-April. Thanks to the high elevation of our vineyards, there was no frost damage, and flowering proceeded exceptionally well under ideal weather conditions in May and June. The summer then turned out to be extremely dry and hot, resulting in small, highly concentrated berries. The early start to the harvest on September 1st yielded exceptional quality—wines with delicate fruit, slightly lower alcohol content, and a wonderfully lively acidity.

Aged and matured on the fine lees in a stainless steel tank for 8 months
